10 Ways to Boost Energy in 10 Minutes or Less

When you feel low energy, don’t go for a candy bar, coffee cup, or a high caffeine energy drink. The sugar and caffeine might give an immediate pickup but after a few minutes the effects wear off and you will feel crashed and more drained. What you need is a fatigue fighter that makes you refreshed and revitalized.

Let’s know the fatigue fighters:
Eat your breakfast

People who take their breakfast every morning reported less fatigue and stress than those who skip it. High fiber foods such as hot oatmeal or something healthy works well for your need. As the day wears on, they will prevent you from getting hungry. You can also consider low calories and caffeine in Mate Mate energy drinks but only 1 or 2 a day to stay healthy.

Yoga Practice
Different studies show that doing yoga which uses various postures and breathing exercises can be excellent for fatigue fighting.

Have a drink of water
Dehydration is often the reason for fatigue for most people due to sweating. You don’t necessarily need to go for eight glass rule but should drink enough water to keep your body well hydrated. You can see that you are hydrated when you are not thirsty and your urine is light-colored. Try to get some chilled water from the fridge every hour.

Go nuts
Eat a handful of almonds and peanuts to gain magnesium and folic acid. These nutrients are essential for cell production and energy. A lack of nutrients can leave you feeling weary.

Grab a cinnamon stick
People don’t believe this instantly but once you start chewing cinnamon sticks, you will start believing it and make you more alert. Instead of cinnamon, you can take peppermint’s sweet aroma which is another fatigue fighter for many people. Researchers have shown that the aroma of these different elements makes you more energetic.

Get moving
Exercise is a natural energy booster that helps your blood surge through your heart, muscles, and brain. Regularly an exercise of 10 minutes can take your energy levels to peak. Take benefit of every chance you have to do exercise and it will work as a fatigue fighter for you.

Let the sunshine in
Researchers suggest that walking outside on a warm may enhance your memory, mood, and ability to absorb new information. Going outside can also improve your health muscles and prove to be a fatigue fighter for you. If you cannot go outside, you can at least open the shades.

Have a bite
Your brain needs to work well. When your blood sugar levels go down, your mind starts running on fumes and you start feeling fuzzy as a result. So, if you feel droop, eat a snack that will give you enough energy to take the afternoon rests. Try with some rich protein slow-burning carbs like some banana
slices with peanut butter or try granola with fresh berries are best for maintaining your blood sugar levels in long term.

Hangout with upbeat friends
People who remain constantly negative or sad can nap your energy and make you feel less energetic and hanging out with upbeat friends can be a fatigue fighter for you and can strongly increase your energy levels.

There is always a healthy alternative available for getting energy and fighting fatigue. All you need to do is to adopt a healthy lifestyle and make some suitable changes as suggested above. But, we don’t want to exclude energy drinks completely and you can have low caffeine and  sugar drink like Mate Mate for some taste buds.
